You choose how you feel and how you react to situations. We sometimes take what is going on around us too personally. Joshua Lybolt says you choose how you react to situations
and how things effect your mood. If the weather is bad, enjoy the fact that it is raining. If you get bad news, don’t allow it to impact who you are and how you operate.
Choose your attitude.
This is Joshua Lybolt with a Love your Lifstyl.
You know that you choose how you feel. You choose how you react to situations. You choose how you react to experiences. We take what’s going on around us. And most of us take it way too personally, but you choose how you react to situations. You choose how things affect your mood. If the weather is bad, enjoy the fact that it’s raining. It doesn’t have to ruin your mood. When the weather is great, let it enhance your mood. When you have some bad news that’s just been delivered to you, you don’t need to allow it to affect who you are and how you operate. You can choose to dismiss it.
So that’s my challenge for you this week is to just be cognizant of when some sort of news, whether it be good, bad, or ugly, and how it affects your current mood and your feelings at that time. And you can choose to shorten that window up, or allow it to affect you for a long time. And I hope that you just be more cognizant of when that mood strikes you, you choose how you react to it, whether it be good or bad, and you choose the length of your feelings at that point.
