Her vision is to empower women entrepreneurs and invest and advise startups on their journey to growth. She wrote her first report on “womenomics” in 1999, arguing that diversity makes for better performing companies and economies. We find out what progress has been made in workplace diversity in Japan and her plans for her $150 million fund.
