The Unnata method uses relaxation, spinal realignment, and core strengthening to help you center your mind and uplift your spirit. Although no previous acrobatic or Yoga experience is necessary, as with most fitness classes, it is recommended you be in relatively good health. And check with your doctor first, if you have a pre-existing condition for which inversions are contraindicated.
