Explore the Unnata Method of Aerial Yoga in your own home, without the need for a hanging fabric sling! Unnata Yoga founder, Michelle Dortignac, will guide you through these creative and fun yoga classes that use a regular bedroom bed (or sofa) for support instead of an aerial yoga hammock.

“I took the Bed Yoga class and loved it! It was very Yin Yoga like, but also with some challenges.” – Christian S., Malmö, Sweden

The Unnata method uses relaxation, spinal realignment, and core strengthening to help you center your mind and uplift your spirit. Although no previous acrobatic or Yoga experience is necessary, as with most fitness classes, it is recommended you be in relatively good health. And check with your doctor first, if you have a pre-existing condition for which inversions are contraindicated.

Come see why Unnata, through it’s multi-dimensional exploration, has become the evolution of Yogic tradition!
